The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight center floor panel for an electric vehicle with reinforced collision stiffness and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a lightweight center floor panel for an electric vehicle with reinforced collision stiffness, capable of omitting a tunnel part formed in a center floor panel of an existing internal combustion engine such that the panel can have a flat structure which can be applied to a center floor panel of an electric vehicle, and securing vehicle lightening and collision safety through the implementation of lightening using multiple kinds of materials and the design of a high-stiffness structure. In accordance with the present invention, the method includes: a side seal combination step (S30) of coupling an aluminum side seal (200) having an internal porous shape with both width sides of a flat steel panel (100); a rail bracket coupling step (S40) of bonding a plurality of rail brackets (330) made of a steel material in advance to an upper part of a cross member (300) made of a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic material by using an adhesive, and then fixing and coupling the rail brackets through a high-strength rivet (400); a cross member coupling step (S50) of bonding the cross member (300) equipped with the rail brackets (330) to the steel panel (100) in advance by using the adhesive, and then fixing the cross member through the high-strength rivet (400); and an upper member coupling step (S60) of coupling a pair of upper members (500) processed through a hot-stamping technique with the upper surface of the steel panel (100) by extending the upper members from the cross member (300) to the outside of the front of the steel panel (100).

    본 발명은 충돌강성이 보강된 전기차용 경량 센터플로어패널의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기존 내연기관의 센터플로어패널에 형성된 터널부를 삭제하여 평판형 구조를 갖도록 함으로써 전기차의 센터플로어패널로 적용할 수 있도록 하고, 다종소재에 의한 경량화의 실현 및 고강성 구조의 설계를 통한 차량 경량화 및 충돌 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 충돌강성이 보강된 전기차용 경량 센터플로어패널의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 평판형 스틸패널(100)의 폭방향 양측에 내부 다중공형태를 갖는 알루미늄재질의 사이드실(200)을 결합하는 사이드실 결합단계(S30); 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱 재질로 이루어진 크로스멤버(300)의 상부에 스틸재질로 이루어진 다수개의 레일브라켓(330)을 접착제에 의해 선 접착한 후, 고강도 리벳(400)에 의해 고정하여 결합하는 레일브라켓 결합단계(S40); 상기 레일브라켓(330)이 장착된 상기 크로스멤버(300)를 상기 스틸패널(100)에 접착제에 의해 선 접착후, 고강도 리벳(400)에 의해 고정하는 크로스멤버 결합단계(S50); 핫스템핑 공법에 의해 가공되는 한 쌍의 어퍼멤버(500)를 상기 크로스멤버(300)에서 상기 스틸패널(100)의 전방 외측으로 연장되도록 하여 상기 스틸패널(100)의 상측면에 결합하는 어퍼멤버 결합단계(S60);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
