The present invention relates to a tug and pilotage operation system through pattern analysis of ship location information and ship operation information, in order to solve data imbalance and operational inefficiency caused by dual system operation. The tug and pilotage operation system provides integrated management and real-time information by analyzing location-based ship operation data into port operation, provincial and tugboat scheduler efficiency, and port arrival/departure operation efficiency information, thereby increasing the efficiency of port operation and reducing waiting time for ship operation. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of securing prediction accuracy by utilizing artificial intelligence on traditional data such as existing quantitative analysis.
본 발명은 이원화된 시스템 운영으로 인한 데이터의 불균형과 운영의 비효율을 해결하기 위해 선박의 위치정보, 선박 운영정보의 패턴분석을 통한 도·예선 운영시스템으로, 위치기반 선박 운영 데이터를 항만 운영, 도·예선 스케줄러 효율성, 입출항 운영 효율 정보를 분석하여 통합관리 및 실시간으로 정보를 제공함으로써 항만 운영의 효율을 높이며 선박 운영 대기시간을 단축할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 기존 계량분석 등 전통적인 데이터에 인공지능을 활용하여 예측정확도를 확보하는 방안에 관한 것이다.
