The present invention is to provide a system for parking and exiting of an autonomous vehicle based on a mutual communication for preventing a confusion when the autonomous vehicles are parked. Accordingly, the system for parking and exiting the autonomous vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a user terminal that receives a parking or exiting obstacle situation from a server; and an autonomous vehicle operated in an emergency so that the obstacle situation is resolved according to an input or permission of the user terminal.

    본 발명은 자율주행 차량들이 주차된 경우의 혼돈을 방지하기 위해 상호 소통에 기반한 자율주행 차량의 주차 및 출차 시스템을 제공함에 있다. 이에, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 자율주행 차량의 주차 및 출차 시스템은 서버로부터 주차 또는 출차 장애 상황을 수신하는 사용자단말 및 상기 사용자단말의 입력 또는 허락에 따라 장애 상황이 해소되도록 긴급 운행되는 자율주행 차량을 포함한다.
