The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a small ship hull using carbon fiber composite material (CFRP) for an FRP ship hull and an aluminum ship hull. More specifically, the present invention is able to attach CFRP and resin, form a drypreg, attach the drypreg on a frame with a release agent spread, install a vacuum forming means on an outer side of the frame with the drypreg, thermally harden the frame with the vacuum forming means, make the part between an outer surface of the frame and a vacuum bag of the vacuum forming means vacuum, and manufacture a CFRP small ship hull of a high quality with no air bubble at a low cost for a reduced process time.

    본 발명은 에프알피(FRP)선박 선체 및 알루미늄 선체를 탄소섬유복합재(CFRP) 소형선박 선체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 탄소섬유복합재(CFRP)와 레진(resin)을 접착하여 드라이프레그를 형성한 뒤에 이 드라이프레그를 이형제가 도포된 형틀에 부착하며, 드라이프레그가 부착된 형틀의 외부에 진공형성수단을 설치하고, 진공형성수단을 설치한 형틀을 열경화하여 형틀의 외부면과 진공형수단의 진공백 사이가 진공상태가 되게 하면서 기포가 없는 양질의 탄소섬유복합재(CFRP) 소형선박 선체를 단축된 공정시간으로 저렴하게 제조할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
