Disclosed are a device and a method for escaping a changeable lane of a vehicle. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, the device for escaping a changeable lane of a vehicle comprises: a lane information obtaining unit recognizing a changeable lane sign by using an image obtained from a camera mounted in a vehicle; an erroneous entry determination unit determining whether the vehicle erroneously enters the changeable lane in which driving is prohibited based on a recognition result of the changeable lane sign; and a control amount calculation unit calculating a control amount for escaping from the changeable lane in which the driving is prohibited.

    차량의 가변차로 탈출장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 개시의 일 측면에 의하면, 차량에 장착된 카메라로부터 획득한 영상을 이용하여, 가변차로 표지판을 인식하는 차로정보 획득부; 상기 가변차로 표지판의 인식결과를 기초로, 상기 차량이 주행불가 가변차로에 오진입하였는지 여부를 판단하는 오진입 판단부; 및 상기 주행불가 가변차로로부터 탈출하기 위한 제어량을 산출하는 제어량 산출부를 포함하는 가변차로 탈출장치를 제공한다.
