Disclosed are a method for scheduling an operation of a mobile charging station and a device therefor. The method for scheduling an operation of a mobile charging station comprises the steps of: (a) scheduling a routing path for moving a mobile charging station to an overloaded fixed charging station to reduce a number of electric vehicles waiting at the fixed charging station based on transportation network-related information; (b) performing charge-discharge scheduling of active and reactive power of the mobile charging station based on distribution network-related information; and (c) deriving an optimal path scheduling of the mobile charging station by using a routing path scheduling result and charge-discharge scheduling result. The present invention can minimize a number of electric vehicles waiting at fixed charging stations and maintain normal voltage levels along distribution feeders.

    이동형 충전소의 운영 스케줄링 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 이동형 충전소의 운영 스케줄링 방법은 (a) 교통망 관련 정보를 기초로 고정 충전소에서 대기중인 전기 차량의 수를 줄이기 위해 과부하 상태에 있는 고정 충전소로 이동형 충전소를 이동시키기 위한 라우팅 경로를 스케줄링하는 단계; 및 (b) 배전망 관련 정보를 기초로 상기 이동형 충전소의 유효 및 무효 전력의 충전-방전 스케줄링을 수행하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 라우팅 경로의 스케줄링 결과와 상기 충전-방전 스케줄링 결과를 이용하여 상기 이동형 충전소의 최적 경로 스케줄링을 도출하는 단계를 포함한다.
