The invention relates to the technical field of charging facility optimization, in particular to an online collaborative optimization scheduling method for a truck type mobile charging station, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a two-stage optimization scheduling model framework which comprises an offline training stage of establishing a TMCS multi-period optimization decision model, and an offline training stage of establishing a TMCS multi-period optimization decision model; a look-ahead rolling value function approximation algorithm (LRH-VFA) is established to perform iterative learning from the EV charging historical data so as to consider the influence of the decision in the current time period on the future profit of the operator; and an online scheduling stage: updating a TMCS online scheduling decision in a rolling manner based on an approximate value function obtained by offline training and short-time prediction and real-time information. The method can fully consider the influence of the EV charging demand uncertainty on the TMCS scheduling result, effectively utilizes the dynamically updated demand change to adjust the decision, guarantees the EV charging service quality, and at the same time, coordinates the TMCS to participate in the power grid energy arbitrage to improve the operator income.

    本发明涉及充电设施优化技术领域,具体涉及一种卡车式移动充电站在线协同优化调度方法,构建两阶段优化调度模型框架,所述优化调度模型框架包括:离线训练阶段,建立TMCS多时段优化决策模型,进而建立前瞻滚动值函数逼近算法(LRH‑VFA)从EV充电历史数据中迭代学习,以考虑当前时段决策对运营商未来利润的影响;在线调度阶段,基于离线训练得到的近似值函数及短时预测和实时信息,滚动更新TMCS在线调度决策。本发明能够充分考虑EV充电需求不确定性对TMCS调度结果的影响,有效利用动态更新的需求变化调整决策,在保证EV充电服务质量的同时通过协调TMCS参与电网能量套利以提高运营商收益。
