The present invention relates to a battery discharge apparatus. The battery discharge apparatus of the present invention comprises: a battery pack mounted on a vehicle and including a battery unit module; a switching unit connected to the battery pack; a discharge unit connected to the switching unit; and a control unit controlling operation of the switching unit. According to the present invention, explosion, fire, and so one generated in the battery unit module charged with a high energy by an impact of the vehicle or the like can be prevented.

    본 발명은 차량에 탑재되며, 배터리 단위 모듈을 포함하는 배터리팩, 배터리팩에 연결된 스위칭부, 스위칭부에 연결된 방전부, 및 스위칭부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여, 차량의 충격 등에 의해 고에너지로 충전된 배터리 단위 모듈에 대해 발생되는 폭발, 화재 등을 방지할 수 있다.
