The present invention provides a method for diagnosing a fuel leakage of a vehicle with improved accuracy. The method comprises a pressure measurement step for measuring the pressure of a fuel tank through a pressure sensor in a state in which a fuel system is sealed when an engine is turned off, a temperature measurement step for measuring the internal temperature of the fuel tank through a temperature sensor, and a leakage diagnosis step for performing a first leakage diagnosis through a control unit when the pressure value of the fuel tank measured in the pressure measurement step is maintained at the atmospheric pressure level, and performing second and third leakage diagnoses through the control unit to diagnose a leakage varying according to the pressure conditions of the fuel tank when the pressure value is maintained at a level higher than the positive pressure or lower than the negative pressure.
