The present invention relates to a heat pump cooling/heating system for an electric car. The heat pump cooling/heating system for an electric car includes a heat pump capable of realizing a cooling cycle by sequentially circulating a refrigerant through a condenser, an expansion valve, an evaporator, and a compressor and also capable of realizing a heating cycle through a four-way valve. The expansion valve includes: a capillary tube through which the refrigerant passes; and a turbine rotated and driven by discharging the refrigerant passing through the capillary tube to a low-pressure side port by introducing the refrigerant into the high-pressure side port. The heat pump cooling/heating system for an electric car further includes a generator producing electricity by the rotation driving of the turbine. Accordingly, the turbine is connected to the capillary tube making up the expansion valve to rotate and drive the turbine with the refrigerant gas passing through the capillary tube to rotate the generator from the rotation driving of the turbine to produce electricity to regenerate energy consumed by the expansion valve to charge a battery of an electric car to use the energy.
본 발명은 전기 자동차용 히트펌프 냉난방 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 냉매가 응축기, 팽창밸브, 증발기, 압축기의 순서로 순환하여 냉방사이클이 구현 가능함과 동시에, 4방향밸브를 통해 난방사이클로도 구현 가능한 히트펌프를 포함하는 전기 자동차용 히트펌프 냉난방 시스템에 있어서, 상기 팽창밸브는 상기 냉매가 통과하는 모세관과, 상기 모세관을 통과하는 냉매가 고압측 포트로 유입되어 저압측 포트로 배출됨으로써 회전 구동되는 터빈을 포함하고, 상기 전기 자동차용 히트펌프 냉난방 시스템은 상기 터빈의 회전 구동에 의해 전기를 생산하는 발전기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 팽창밸브를 구성하는 모세관에 터빈을 연결하여 상기 모세관을 통과하는 냉매가스로 상기 터빈을 회전 구동하여 이로부터 발전기를 돌려 전기를 생산함으로써 상기 팽창밸브에서 소모되는 에너지를 재생하여 전기 자동차의 배터리에 충전하여 사용할 수 있다.
