The present invention provides a waste heat recovery device. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the waste heat recovery device capable of generating power with high efficiency and a waste heat recovery system including the same. The waste heat recovery device includes: a housing installed to be adjacent to a waste heat source provided in a ship or a marine structure; a first thermoelectric generation module installed on one side of the circumference of the housing, and generating electricity by using temperature difference between a high-temperature side and a low-temperature side, wherein the first thermoelectric generation module has a predetermined power generation temperature range with high power generation efficiency; a second thermoelectric generation module installed on the other side of the circumference of the housing, and having the power generation temperature range different from that of the first thermoelectric generation module; a housing arranging member moving the housing to arrange at least one of the first thermoelectric generation module and the second thermoelectric generation module so that at least one of the first thermoelectric generation module and the second thermoelectric generation module faces the waste heat source; and a control unit operating the housing arranging member to arrange the thermoelectric generation module having the power generation temperature range corresponding to the temperature of the waste heat source, among the first and second thermoelectric generation module so that the thermoelectric generation module having the power generation temperature range corresponding to the temperature of the waste heat source faces the waste heat source.

    본 발명은 선박 또는 해양구조물 내에 구비된 폐열원에 인접하여 설치되는 하우징, 하우징의 둘레 일측에 구비되고, 고온측과 저온측의 온도차를 이용하여 전기를 발생시키며, 발전 효율이 높은 소정의 발전 온도대역을 갖는 제1 열전발전모듈, 하우징의 둘레 타측에 구비되고, 제1 열전발전모듈과 다른 발전 온도대역을 갖는 제2 열전발전모듈, 제1 및 제2 열전발전모듈 중 적어도 하나를 폐열원에 대향하게 배치시키도록 하우징을 이동시키는 하우징 배치부재 및 제1 및 제2 열전발전모듈 중, 폐열원의 온도와 대응하는 발전 온도대역을 갖는 열전발전모듈을 폐열원에 대향하게 배치시키도록 하우징 배치부재를 동작시키는 제어부를 포함하는 폐열 회수 장치를 제공한다.
