The invention provides a ship waste heat recycling circulating system which comprises a waste heat recycling heat exchanger, a waste heat collecting cabinet, a frequency conversion conveying pump, a redundant steam heat exchanger and user equipment which are sequentially connected, and a three-way temperature control valve is arranged on a pipeline between a user and the waste heat recycling heat exchanger. A first branch pipeline is arranged on the three-way temperature control valve and connected with the waste heat recovery heat exchanger in parallel. The top of the waste heat collecting cabinet communicates with an expansion water tank through a vent pipe. And a second branch pipeline is arranged between the variable-frequency delivery pump and the redundant steam heat exchanger and is connected with the redundant steam heat exchanger in parallel. According to the waste heat recycling and circulating system, redundant heat of main engine cylinder sleeve water is reasonably used for heating the independent water cabin, redundant steam heat is used for heating the water supply pipeline, stored heat is recycled, the load of a central cooling water system during operation is effectively reduced, the pump purchasing and operating cost is reduced, and zero emission, energy conservation and environmental protection in a port mode are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种船舶废热回收利用循环系统,所述系统包括依次连接的废热回收换热器、废热收集柜、变频输送泵、多余蒸汽热交换器、用户设备,在用户与废热回收换热器之间的管道上设有三通温控阀,在所述三通温控阀上设有第一分支管路,第一分支管路与废热回收换热器并联;废热收集柜的顶部通过透气管连通有膨胀水箱;在变频输送泵与多余蒸汽换热器之间设有第二分支管路,第二分支管路与多余蒸汽换热器并联。本发明的废热回收利用循环系统,合理运用主机缸套水多余热量加热独立水舱,多余蒸汽热量加热供水管路,储存热量再循环利用,有效降低中央冷却水系统运行时负荷,降低泵采购及运营成本,实现港口模式下零排放,绿色节能环保。
