The present invention relates to a charging system and a charging method for electric vehicles, which enable a user to park an electric vehicle in respective parking areas of various parking lots, make a reservation by using a smartphone application or a kiosk, and connect a connector, provided in the parking area, to an inlet installed in the electric vehicle so that the same can be charged. The charging system comprises: a connector installed in the parking area of a parking lot; a power line for feed power connected to a power supply unit; a moving rail; and at least one charging vehicle moving along the moving rail to provide the power of the power line for feed power to the connector. The charging method comprises: a parking step of parking an electric vehicle in the parking area of a parking lot; a charging reservation step of inputting information according to a parking location and a vehicle type by using a smartphone application or a kiosk, and making a payment; an information processing step of transmitting charging reservation information and payment information, input in the charging reservation step, to a central control device; a connector provision step of unlocking a connector locked in sleep mode in the central control device, and coupling the unlocked connector, provided in the parking area, to the inlet of the electric vehicle; a charging step in which the central control device communicates with the charging vehicle waiting by wire or wirelessly to move the charging vehicle along a moving rail to the area where the electric vehicle is parked so that the electric vehicle is charged; and a charging end step of charging an actual charging fee and moving the charging vehicle to a waiting location or another reserved location when the charging is completed. Therefore, the charging system can be installed at low cost even in existing parking lots.

    본 발명은 전기차용 충전장치 및 충전방법에 관한 것으로, 각종 주차장의 각 주차구역에 전기차를 주차 후 스마트폰 애플리케이션 또는 키오스크(kiosk)를 이용하여 예약한 후 주차지역에 구비된 커넥터를 전기차에 설치되어 있는 인렛에 결합하여 충전이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 주차장의 주차구역에 설치한 커넥터와; 전력공급부와 연결된 급전전기의 전력선과; 이동레일과; 급전전기의 전력선의 전력을 커넥터로 제공하도록 이동레일을 따라 이동하는 한 대 이상의 충전차를 포함한다. 또한 주차장의 주차구역에 주차하는 주차단계; 스마트폰 애플리케이션 또는 키오스크를 이용하여 주차 위치와 차종에 따른 정보를 입력하고 결제하는 충전예약단계; 충전예약단계에서 입력된 충전예약 정보 및 결재정보를 중앙제어장치로 전송하는 정보처리단계; 중앙제어장치에서 슬립 모드로 락킹된 커넥터를 언락킹하여 주차구역에 구비된 언락킹된 커넥터를 전기차의 인렛에 결합하는 커넥터 제공단계; 충전예약정보에 따라 중앙제어장치에서 대기중인 충전차와 유무선 통신하여 이동레일을 따라 전기차를 전기차가 주차된 지역으로 이동시켜 충전하는 충전단계; 충전이 완료되면 실제 충전요금을 과금하고, 충전차를 대기 위치 또는 다른 예약위치로 이동하는 충전종료단계를 포함한다.
