Due to the increase in heavy vehicles and the rapidly changing climate, a road surface is damaged, so various accidents and driver inconvenience are increasing. In particular, there is a need to minimize vibration in a transport vehicle for fracture patients, etc. but the conventional method for providing road surface information has limitations. An object of the present invention is to provide information on a device and method for efficiently providing road surface information in real time while being economical and easily installable in a vehicle. A sinkhole detection method according to the present invention comprises: a step in which a road surface management server generates road surface information by photographing the rear where a first user terminal moves and a step in which the road surface management server provides the road surface information generated depending on the moving path of a second user terminal, wherein the step of generating the road surface information further includes a step of providing a photographing reference value. The criterion for photographing the rear is determined by a signal provided in the step of providing the photographing reference value.

    중차량의 증가와 급변하는 기후 영향으로 도로의 노면이 파손되어 각종 사고 및 운전자 불편이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히, 골절환자 등의 이송 차량에 있어서는 진동을 최소화해야하는 필요가 있으나, 종래에는 노면 정보를 제공하는 방법에 한계가 있다. 본 발명은, 경제적이고 차량에 손쉽게 설치가 가능하면서 효율적으로 노면 정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 장치 및 방법에 대한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 싱크홀 탐지 방법은, 노면 관리 서버는 제1사용자단말기가 이동하는 후방을 촬영하여 노면 정보를 생성하는 단계, 제2사용자단말기의 이동 경로에 따라 생성된 노면 정보를 제공하는 단계,를 포함하고, 노면 정보를 생성하는 단계는 촬영 기준 값 제공 단계를 더 포함하여, 후방을 촬영하는 기준은 촬영 기준 값 제공 단계에서 제공되는 신호에 의해 결정되는 것을 포함한다.
