An increase in various accidents and driver inconvenience caused by breaking down a surface of a road due to a rapid climate change effect and an increase in heavy vehicles is a trend. Especially, vibration needs to be minimized for a transport vehicle for a fracture patient. The existing method for providing road surface information has a limitation. The present invention provides an apparatus for effectively providing road surface information in real time while being economical and easily installed in a vehicle, and a method thereof. A sinkhole detection device according to the present invention comprises a rear camera connected to a vehicle, a photographing control unit connected to the rear camera to control photographing, a road surface management server connected to the vehicle through a communication network, and a photographing reference value control unit connected to the road surface management server. A photographing reference of the photographing control unit for a photographing command of the rear camera is that a signal transmitted from the photographing reference value control unit is transmitted to the photographing control unit.

    중차량의 증가와 급변하는 기후 영향으로 도로의 노면이 파손되어 각종 사고 및 운전자 불편이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히, 골절환자 등의 이송 차량에 있어서는 진동을 최소화해야하는 필요가 있으나, 종래에는 노면 정보를 제공하는 방법에 한계가 있다. 본 발명은, 경제적이고 차량에 손쉽게 설치가 가능하면서 효율적으로 노면 정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 장치 및 방법에 대한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 싱크홀 탐지 장치는, 차량과 연결되는 후방카메라, 후방카메라와 연결되어 촬영을 제어하는 촬영 제어부, 차량과 통신망으로 연결되는 노면 관리 서버, 노면 관리 서버와 연결되는 촬영 기준 값 제어부, 후방카메라의 촬영 명령을 위한 촬영 제어부의 촬영 기준은 촬영 기준 값 제어부에서 송신되는 신호가 촬영 제어부로 전달되는 것을 포함한다.
