The present invention relates to a smart cruise control cover for automobiles with anti-icing and de-icing functions. The smart cruise control cover for automobiles has an exothermic film (8) in which a zigzag-patterned heating wire (12) is arranged on a transparent thin film sheet (10) and which has a terminal connection unit (14), has a front surface cover unit (40) by forming a front surface part transparent resin injection layer (18) and a middle part transparent resin injection layer (22) on front and rear surfaces of the exothermic film (8) through insert injection molding for airtightness and impact resistance of the heating wire (12) and forming an emblem print film (20) on the rear surface of the middle part transparent resin injection layer (22), allowing the terminal connection unit (14) of the exothermic film (8) to be curved rearward and attached on a part of the rear surface of the middle part transparent resin injection layer (22), and forming a terminal electrode (16) on the heating wire (12) of the terminal connection unit (14), has a rear surface cover unit (42) formed with an opaque resin injection layer (28) through insert injection molding, which is fitted for surface irregularity on the emblem print film (20) of the front surface cover unit (40) and is integrally formed with a terminal connector (29) on a corresponding location of the terminal electrode (20), allows a terminal pin (30), which can elastically come in contact with the terminal electrode (16) of the front surface cover unit (40), to be pressed in and fixed onto the terminal connector (29) of the rear surface cover unit (42), and allows surfaces of the front surface cover unit (40) and the rear surface cover unit (42) to be fitted with each other so that boundary surfaces of the front and rear surface cover units (40, 42) can be mutually attached and fixed in a state that the terminal pin (30), which is pressed in the terminal connector (29) of the rear surface cover unit (42), is electrically connected to the terminal electrode (16) of the front surface cover unit (40) through elastic contact. The present invention facilitates the maintenance of water tightness of the heating wire and the terminal electrode.
본 발명은 방빙과 제빙 기능을 갖는 자동차용 스마트 크루즈 콘트롤 커버에 있어서, 투명박막시트(10) 상에 지그재그 형태의 열선(12)이 배열되고 단자연결부(14)를 갖는 발열필름(8)을 구비하고, 열선(12)의 기밀유지 및 내충격성을 위해, 발열필름(8)의 전후면에 전면부 투명수지 사출층(18) 및 중간부 투명수지 사출층(22)을 인서트 사출성형으로 형성하되 중간부 투명수지 사출층(22)의 후면에는 엠블럼 인쇄필름(20)이 구성되고 발열필름(8)의 단자연결부(14)가 후방절곡되고 중간부 투명수지 사출층(22)의 후면 일부에 부착되게 하며 단자연결부(14)의 열선(12)에 단자전극(16)이 형성되게 하여서 전면측 커버부(40)를 구성하고, 전면측 커버부(40)의 엠블럼 인쇄필름(20)에 면요철맞춤되며 단자전극(20)의 대응위치에 단자커넥터(29)가 일체로 된 후면부 불투명 수지 사출층(28)이 인서트 사출성형으로 형성된 후면측 커버부(42)를 구성하며, 후면측 커버부(42)의 단자커넥터(29)에는 전면측 커버부(40)의 단자전극(16)과 탄성접촉 가능한 단자핀(30)이 압입 고정되게 구성하고, 전면측 커버부(40)와 후면측 커버부(42)가 면맞춤되어 후면측 커버부(42)의 단자커넥터(29)내 압입된 단자 핀(30)이 전면측 커버부(40)의 단자전극(16)에 탄성 접촉으로 전기적 접속되게 한 상태에서 전후면 커버부(40)(42)의 상호 테두리면이 접합고정되게 구성한 것이다.
