The present invention relates to a smart cruise control cover (6) for automobiles with anti- and de-icing functions. A zigzag hot wire (12) for connecting two terminal electrodes (20) is arranged and fused on the rear surface of a transparent film (10) for an outer cover. A transparent film (16) for masking is attached to a terminal connection area (14) of the rear surface of the transparent film (10) for an outer cover. A portion of the transparent film (10) for an outer cover is removed to form terminal electrode formation grooves (18) on a portion of the terminal connection area (16) in the front surface of the transparent film (10) for an outer cover, so that the hot wire (12) is exposed. The terminal electrode formation grooves (18) are printed with photosintered copper ink, and the photosintered copper ink is cured to form the terminal electrodes (20), thereby forming a heating film (22). A portion of a thin-film emblem-printed film (24) having radar radio wave transmission is bonded to the transparent film (16) for masking on the heating film (22). A rear injection resin layer (26) in which the rear surface of the thin-film emblem-printed film (24) and the terminal electrodes (20) are embedded is formed. Terminals (28) electrically connected to the terminal electrodes (20) are formed on the rear injection resin layer (26) to be exposed. In a state where the heating film (22) to which the terminal connection area (14) is attached is bent from an end of the rear injection resin layer (26) on the sidewall and the front surface of a front injection resin layer (30) to be formed, the front injection resin layer (30) is formed between the rear surface of the heating film (22) and the thin-film emblem-printed film (24). Therefore, the hot wire (12) and the terminal electrodes (20) are made watertight, and the electrode terminals (20) and the terminal connection area are hidden.

    본 발명은 방빙과 제빙 기능을 갖는 자동차용 스마트 크루즈 콘트롤 커버(6)에 있어서, 외피용 투명필름(10)의 배면에 두 단자전극(20) 간을 잇는 지그재그 형태의 열선(12)이 배열 및 융착되게 구성하며, 외피용 투명필름(10)의 배면중 단자연결 영역부(14)에 마스킹용 투명필름(16)을 부착하고 외피용 투명필름(10)의 전면중 단자연결 영역부(16)내 일부에 단자전극 형성홈(18) 마련을 위해 일부 필름을 제거하여 열선(12)이 드러나게 하고 광소결 구리잉크를 단자전극 형성홈(18)에 인쇄 및 경화하여 단자전극(20)을 형성하여서 발열필름부(22)를 구성하고, 레이더 전파투과성이 있는 박막형 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24)의 일부를 발열필름부(22)의 마스킹용 투명필름(16) 상에 접착시키고, 박막형 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24) 후면과 단자전극(20)이 매립되게 하는 후면부 사출수지층(26)을 형성하되 단자전극(20)과 전기 연결된 터미널(28)이 후면부 사출수지층(26)에 노출형성되게 구성하며, 후면부 사출수지층(26)의 측단부에 단자연결 영역부(14)측이 부착된 발열필름부(22)를 성형될 전면부 사출수지층(30)의 측벽부와 전면부로 절곡시킨 상태에서 발열필름부(22)의 배면과 박막형 엠블럼 인쇄필름(24) 사이에 전면부 투명사출수지층(30)이 형성되게 구성하여서 열선(12)과 단자전극(20)이 수밀되고 전극단자(20) 및 단자연결부가 은폐되게 한 것이다.
