Disclosed is an emergency rescue system for a cardiac arrest driver. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an emergency rescue system (100) for a cardiac arrest driver comprises: a wearable device (110) to which a sensor capable of measuring a wearer heart rate is attached; a vehicle autonomous driving system (120) which determines that the heart rate is stopped if the wearable device (110) does not continuously measure the heart rate for a predetermined time, and automatically adjusts the speed of the vehicle to be lowered in order to induce a stop; a vehicle braking system (130) which operates to stop the vehicle by adjusting the driving speed of the vehicle after the vehicle autonomous driving system (120) automatically adjusts the vehicle speed to be lowered in order to induce the stop; an emergency light control device (140) for controlling emergency lights installed at the front and rear of the vehicle to blink simultaneously with the operation of the vehicle braking system (130); a GPS system (150) for detecting the location of the vehicle and transmitting location information to a remote location; and a safety management center (200) for automatically notifying a pre-designated phone number or a fire control agency by receiving the location information transmitted from the GPS system (150). The present invention provides a function of supporting protection of human life by displaying an emergency state to nearby vehicles in case of an emergency.

    심정지 운전자 긴급구조 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 착용자의 심박수를 측정할 수 있는 센서를 부착한 웨어러블 디바이스(110); 상기 웨어러블 디바이스(110)에서 소정 시간 동안 연속하여 심박이 측정되는 않는 경우에 심정지로 판단하고 차량의 속도를 자동으로 낮추도록 조절하여 정차를 유도하는 차량자율주행시스템(120); 상기 차량자율주행시스템(120)이 차량의 속도를 자동으로 낮추도록 조절하여 정차를 유도한 후, 차량의 주행속도를 제어하여 정차하도록 하기 위해 작동하는 차량제동시스템(130); 상기 차량제동시스템(130)의 작동과 동시에 당해 차량의 전방 및 후방에 설치된 비상등을 점멸하도록 제어하기 위한 비상등 제어장치(140); 상기 차량의 위치를 감지하여 원격지에 위치정보를 송신하기 위한 GPS시스템(150); 및 상기 GPS시스템(150)으로부터 전송되는 위치정보를 제공받아 사전에 지정된 전화번호 또는 소방관제기관에 자동으로 통지하기 위한 안전관리센터(200);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 심정지 운전자 긴급구조 시스템(100).
