The present invention relates to an apparatus for determining an error in a precision map, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, after reference information for comparison with the precision map which guides a route of autonomous driving is acquired during autonomous driving by a lidar sensor or a V2X module, the error in the precision map is determined and corrected based on the obtained reference information. In addition, if an error part is on a driving route for the autonomous driving, driving control information for the autonomous driving is modified so that the autonomous driving can be stably continued. The apparatus for improving riding comfort passing through a speed bump of the present invention comprises: a bump recognition module; and a suspension control module.

    본 발명은 자율 주행의 경로를 안내하는 정밀 지도와 비교하기 위한 기준정보를 라이더 센서나 V2X 모듈에 의해 자율 주행 중 획득한 후, 획득한 기준정보를 토대로 정밀 지도의 오류 여부를 판단하여 수정함과 아울러, 오류 부분이 자율 주행을 위한 주행 경로상에 있을 경우 자율 주행을 위한 주행 제어정보를 수정하여 자율 주행이 안정적으로 지속될 수 있게 한 정밀 지도의 오류 판단 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
