According to the present invention, the air can be divided into virtual three-dimensional (sphere, hexagonal, cylindrical, hexagonal column, etc.) shapes, and the coordinates can be specified to divide the air into virtual roads. Accidents in the air which may occur while operating a flying vehicle or drone can be prevented.
