According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling the shifting and engine clutch joining of a hybrid vehicle having an engine clutch between an engine and a motor comprises the following steps of: detecting a driver kick down during electric vehicle mode driving; starting shifting when detecting the driver kick down; controlling a difference value between an engine speed and a motor speed to be equal to or less than a first reference value; synchronizing the engine speed and the motor speed through engine speed control; when the synchronization is completed, performing torque blending by joining the engine clutch; and when a required torque target is reached through the torque blending, finishing the shifting. According to the present invention, acceleration delay of the hybrid vehicle is solved and linearity of acceleration before and after shifting is improved.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 엔진과 모터 사이에 엔진클러치가 구비된 하이브리드 차량에서의 변속 및 엔진클러치 접합 제어 방법은 전기차 모드 주행 중 운전자 킥다운을 감지하는 단계와 상기 운전자 킥다운을 감지하면, 변속을 시작하는 단계와 엔진 속도와 모터 속도 차이 값을 제1 기준치 이하로 제어하는 단계와 엔진 속도 제어를 통해 상기 엔진 속도와 상기 모터 속도를 동기화하는 단계와 상기 동기화가 완료되면, 상기 엔진클러치를 접합하여 토크 블렌딩을 수행하는 단계와 상기 토크 블렌딩을 통해 목표 요구 토크에 도달하면 상기 변속을 종료하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
