The present invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with a take-off and landing assist device, comprising: take-off and landing space parts spaced apart from a parent drone in flight to enable aerial take-off and landing of a child drone; a drone transfer part installed between the take-off and landing space parts to transfer the child drone from the landing space part to the take-off space part; and a drone lifting part installed between the take-off and landing space parts and the drone transfer part to elevate the child drone, thereby enabling stable aerial take-off and landing of the child drone from the parent drone in flight so as not to cause damage to the parent drone and other child drone.
