The present invention relates to a device and a method for recognizing a driving lane of a vehicle, which comprises: an information obtaining unit obtaining information of a front side of a road where a vehicle drives; and a processing unit recognizing an entry and exit section on a front side of a left side of the vehicle based on the information of the front side of the road and correcting the number of driving lanes in the recognized entry and exit section to determine the driving lane of the vehicle.

    본 발명은 차량의 주행 차로 인식 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량이 주행하는 도로의 전방 정보를 획득하는 정보 획득부, 및 상기 전방 정보를 기반으로 상기 차량의 좌측 전방에 진출입 구간을 인식하고 인식된 진출입 구간에서의 주행 도로 차로수를 보정하여 상기 차량의 주행 차로를 결정하는 처리부를 포함한다.
