The polyester hollow fiber having excellent sound absorption performance according to the presently disclosed embodiment has a hollow ratio of 27-35% relative to the cross-sectional area thereof, wherein the value of equation (1) satisfies 1.5 or more, and the hollow in the cross-section is three-lobed. In equation (1), A is the cross-sectional area of the fiber (μm^2), and P is the length of the cross-section perimeter (μm) of the fiber.
