The present invention relates to nonwoven fabric for a vehicle interior material having excellent sound absorption, which is nonwoven fabric heat-bonded by mixing composite fibers and circular cross-section fibers. The composite fiber is formed of a polyester resin as a first component and a polyester resin having a melting point 20 ℃ or lower than a melting point of the polyester resin as a second component. The polyester resin of the second component is composed of diol, dicarbonic acid or derivative, 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD), and polyethylene glycol (PEG). The diol is composed of ethylene glycol (EG) and 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol (MPD), and the dicarbonic acid or derivative is composed of terephthalic acid (TPA), dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), and dimethyl isophthalate (DMI). The second component is completed by esterifying the dicarbonic acid or derivative with the diol and polycondensing the resulting product with 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD) and polyethylene glycol (PEG).
본 발명은 흡음성이 우수한 자동차 내장재용 부직포에 있어서, 복합섬유와 원형 단면 섬유와 혼합하여 열접착된 부직포로써, 상기 복합섬유는 제1성분으로 폴리에스테르계 수지 및 제2성분으로 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지보다 융점이 20℃ 이상 낮은 폴리에스테르계 수지로 형성되되, 상기 제2성분의 폴리에스테르계 수지는 디올(Diol)과 디카르본산(Dicarbonic acid) 또는 유도체, 1,4-부탄디올(1,4-BD), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)로 구성되며, 상기 디올(Diol)은 에틸렌글리콜(EG) 및 2-메틸-1,3-프로판다이올(MPD)로 구성되고, 상기 디카르본산(Dicarbonic acid) 또는 유도체는 테레프탈릭에시드(TPA), 디메틸테레프탈레이트(DMT) 및 디메틸이소프탈레이트(DMI)로 구성되며, 상기 디카르본산(Dicarbonic acid) 또는 유도체와 디올(Diol)과 에스테르화 반응시키고 그 반응물을 1,4-부탄디올(1,4-BD), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)과 축중합시켜 완성된 것에 특징이 있는 흡음성이 우수한 자동차 내장재용 부직포에 관한 것이다.
