One embodiment of the present invention relates to a design method of a tire having a tread unit, which comprises: a step of calculating force applied to each block by using a dynamic loaded radius from a central axis of a tire to a grounding surface of the tire and stiffness of each of the plurality of blocks; a step of calculating a tread per inch index of the tire by using the calculated force applied to each block; and a step of redesigning tread patterns of a tread unit when the tread per inch index of the tire is deviated from a set range, in advance.

    본 발명의 일 실시예는 트레드부를 포함하는 타이어의 설계 방법에 있어서, 주행 시 상기 타이어의 중심축에서 상기 타이어의 접지면까지의 동하중 반지름(dynamic loaded radius)과 복수의 블록들 각각의 강성(stiffness)을 이용하여 상기 각 블록에 작용하는 힘을 계산하는 단계, 상기 계산된 각 블록에 작용하는 힘을 이용하여 상기 타이어의 쏠림 지수를 산출하는 단계 및 상기 타이어의 쏠림 지수가 사전에 설정된 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 트레드부의 트레드 패턴들을 재설계하는 단계를 포함하는, 타이어의 설계 방법을 제공한다.
