The invention discloses a waste tire reconstruction method which comprises the following steps: additionally arranging a reinforcing layer and an elastic layer in an old tire, filling the old tire with an elastic filler, winding a fastening belt outside the reinforcing layer, and attaching the fastening belt to the inner wall surface of the old tire. The improved tire comprises a tire body and a hub, the tire body comprises an outer tire body and an inner tire body, a supporting layer, reinforcing layers and an elastic layer are sequentially arranged between the inner tire body and the outer tire body, and a fastening layer is arranged on the elastic layer; the at least two reinforcing layers are clamped on the upper side and the lower side of the elastic layer; the reinforcing layer is fixedly connected to the supporting layer, and the reinforcing layer away from the inner tire direction is in compression joint with the outer tire. The problems that in the prior art, a tire is prone to being punctured and frequent in gas explosion are solved, and therefore the tire can be widely applied to the technical field of automobile accessories.

    本发明公开了一种废旧轮胎再造方法,包括在旧轮胎的内部增设加固层以及弹性层,以及在旧轮胎的内部填充弹性填充物,在加固层的外部缠绕一紧固带,紧固带贴附在旧轮胎的内壁面上。本发明还提出了一种改良型轮胎,包括轮胎主体和轮毂,主体包括外轮胎和内胎,内胎与外轮胎之间依次设有支撑层、加固层和弹性层,弹性层上设有紧固层;加固层设为至少两个,且夹设在弹性层的上下两侧;加固层固接在支撑层上,远离内胎方向的加固层与外轮胎压接。本发明解决了现有技术轮胎容易扎破以及发生气爆频繁的问题,从而可广泛应用于汽车配件技术领域。
