The present invention relates to a residual gas control method in an active purge system, which comprises the steps of: checking whether the concentration of boil-off gas collected in a canister exceeds an appropriate value; performing purge processing by injecting the boil-off gas into an intake pipe, and checking whether required power calculated according to the opening degree of a pedal is the same as a pre-purge-off start value; after a purge valve is closed, maintaining the closed state, and checking whether the required power is the same as an engine driving start value; performing lock-up charge for a predetermined time; maintaining a current state for a predetermined time after the lock-up charge is stopped; and releasing, by a clutch mounted between an engine and a motor, the connection between the engine and the motor. A state in which boil-off gas treatment is stopped is maintained when the engine stop is predicted according to the opening degree of the pedal, such that there is no possibility that the boil-off gas remains in the intake pipe and an intake manifold.

    본 발명은 액티브 퍼지 시스템의 잔류 가스 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 캐니스터에 포집된 증발가스의 농도가 적정치를 초과하였는지 확인하는 단계와, 증발가스를 흡기파이프에 주입해 퍼지 처리하며, 페달의 개도량에 따라 산출된 요구 파워가 프리 퍼지 오프 시작 값과 동일한지 확인하는 단계와, 퍼지밸브가 잠긴 뒤 잠긴 상태를 유지하고, 요구 파워가 엔진 구동 시작 값과 동일한지 확인하는 단계와, 미리 정해진 시간동안 락업 차지가 수행되는 단계와, 락업 차지가 중단된 뒤, 미리 정해진 시간동안 현재 상태를 유지하는 단계와, 엔진과 모터 사이에 장착된 클러치가 엔진과 모터의 연결을 해제하는 단계를 포함하며, 페달 개도량에 따라 엔진 정지가 예측될 경우, 증발가스 처리를 중단한 상태를 유지하므로, 흡기파이프 및 흡기매니폴드에 증발가스가 잔류될 가능성이 없어지는 액티브 퍼지 시스템의 잔류 가스 제어 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
