A device for reducing hull resistance of a submarine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a generator to generate the power needed to charge a submarine's battery; a scrubber that receives a generator exhaust gas generated during a battery charging process from the generator and removes soot contained in the generator exhaust gas; a gas storage tank for receiving and storing the gas from which the soot has been removed from the scrubber; and a plurality of outer plate gas injection units provided through the hull of the submarine, and receiving the gas stored in the gas storage tank and finely spraying the gas to the outer plate of the hull.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 잠수함의 선체 저항 감쇄 장치는 잠수함의 배터리를 충전하도록 필요한 전력을 발전하는 발전기, 상기 배터리 충전과정 중 발생하는 발전기 배출가스를 상기 발전기로부터 전달 받아 상기 발전기 배출가스 내에 포함된 그을음을 제거하는 스크러버, 상기 그을음이 제거된 가스를 상기 스크러버에서 제공받아 저장하는 가스저장탱크, 및 잠수함의 선체를 통해 복수 개가 구비되며, 상기 가스저장탱크에 저장된 가스를 공급받아 상기 선체의 외판으로 미세 분사시키는 외판가스분사부를 포함한다.
