The present invention relates to an anchoring and mooring system for a ship, which comprises: a windlass (10) causing a motion of a chain (15), respectively connected to anchors (12) on the portside and starboard sides of a ship; an accommodation means (20) accommodating the chain (15) to be able to enter/exit from a first chain locker (21) and a second chain locker (22) placed adjacent to each other; a pipe means (30) installed to inject or discharge seawater into or from the first chain locker (21) and the second chain locker (22); and a control means (40) which controls the windlass (10) and the pipe means (30) by a preset algorithm. Accordingly, the present invention is able to fill the chain lockers with water in a process of throwing and lifting anchors for anchoring and mooring the ship, minimize the motions of the chains entering/exiting at a high speed, prevent an inner wall surface of the chain lockers from being damaged, prevent a delay in delivery or claim from being generated, and reduce maintenance cost.
본 발명은 선박의 계선과 계류에 연계되는 시스템에 있어서: 좌현과 우현의 앵커(12)에 각각 연결된 체인(15)의 유동을 유발하는 윈드라스(10); 상기 체인(15)을 인접하게 배치된 제1체인라커(21)와 제2체인라커(22)에 출입 가능하게 수용하는 수용수단(20); 상기 제1체인라커(21)와 상기 제2체인라커(22)에 해수를 주입하거나 배출하도록 설치되는 배관수단(30); 및 상기 윈드라스(10)와 배관수단(30)을 설정된 알고리즘으로 제어하는 제어수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어진다. 이에 따라, 계선ㆍ계류를 위한 앵커의 투묘와 양묘 과정에서 체인라커 내부에 물을 채워 빠른 속도로 출입하는 체인의 요동을 최소화하여 체인라커 내벽면 손상을 방지하므로 인도지연이나 클레임이 발생하지 않고 유지보수 비용을 절감하는 효과가 있다.
