The present invention relates to a system for avoiding a collision of a construction equipment with an obstacle, which is able to precisely recognize general obstacles placed on a driving path and circulating path of the construction equipment, calculate the time for the collision with the obstacles, and control the operation of the construction equipment or giving a collision warning to the surroundings, thereby preventing the collision between the construction equipment and the obstacles. According to the present invention, the system for avoiding a collision of the construction equipment with the obstacles comprises: a collision time measuring module which calculates the collision time with the obstacles during a driving operation or a circulating operation of the construction equipment; a dangerous district setting module which sets a dangerous district on the driving path or the circulating path of the construction equipment; and a collision prevention server which controls the collision time measuring module, the dangerous district setting module, radar sensor, camera sensor, circulation angle sensor, monitor, and alert apparatus, recognizes the obstacles, controls the calculation of the collision time, displays each obstacle based on the calculated collision time, and controls the operation of the alert apparatus based on the calculated collision time.
본 발명은 건설장비의 주행동선 및 선회동선 상에 존재하는 제반 장애물을 정확히 인식함과 함께 장애물과의 충돌시간을 계산하고, 이를 바탕으로 건설장비의 동작을 제어하거나 주변에 충돌경고를 알려 건설장비와 장애물 사이의 충돌을 방지할 수 있는 건설장비의 장애물 충돌방지시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 건설장비의 장애물 충돌방지시스템은 건설장비의 주행동작 또는 선회동작시 장애물과의 충돌시간을 계산하는 충돌시간 측정모듈; 건설장비의 주행동선 또는 선회동선에 위험구역을 설정하는 위험구역 설정모듈; 및 충돌시간 측정모듈, 위험구역 설정모듈, 레이더 센서, 카메라 센서, 선회각 센서, 모니터 및 경보장치를 제어하며, 이를 바탕으로 장애물의 인식, 충돌시간 계산의 제어, 계산된 충돌시간을 기반으로 한 각 장애물의 디스플레이, 계산된 충돌시간을 기반으로 한 경보장치의 동작을 제어하는 상기 장애물 충돌방지서버;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
