The present invention relates to a heat recovery type dehumidifying heating device for an electric vehicle. According to the present invention, by providing a heat recovery heat exchanger for heat exchange between a cooling air cooled in a chiller and an indoor air, precooling and preheating are performed in the heat recovery heat exchanger, and a cooling load of the chiller and a heating load of the heater are reduced, thereby obtaining an energy saving effect. In addition, precooling and preheating are possible at the front and rear ends of the chiller even in an internal air circulation mode without introducing an external air, so that energy saving effects can be obtained regardless of the internal air circulation mode, an external air circulation mode, and the internal and the external air circulation mode.
본 발명은, 칠러에서 냉각된 냉각공기와 실내공기를 열교환시키는 열회수 열교환기를 구비함으로써, 열회수 열교환기에서 예냉과 예열이 이루어짐으로써, 칠러의 냉방 부하와 히터의 난방 부하가 감소되어, 에너지 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 외기를 도입하지 않는 내기 순환 모드에서도 칠러의 전,후단에서 예냉 및 예열이 가능하기 때문에, 내기 순환 모드, 외기 순환 모드 및 내기 외기 순환 모드에 관계없이 에너지 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있는 이점이 있다.
