The present invention relates to a vehicular permanent magnet electric motor including: a stator configured by a three-phase coil being wound around an iron core and connected to a knuckle of a vehicle; a rotor rotatably coupled to the stator such that a permanent magnet coupled to the inner portion of a housing is positioned outside the stator and coupled to a tire wheel of the vehicle; and a plurality of magnet-detecting Hall sensor units provided on the stator so as to detect N- and S-pole changes in the permanent magnet resulting from the rotation of the rotor. When one among the Hall sensor units detects the N pole of the permanent magnet, another detects the S pole of the permanent magnet. According to the present invention, two or more Hall sensors detecting the magnetic poles of the permanent magnet are successively arranged on the stator such that the S and N poles can be individually detected. As a result, it is possible to significantly reduce the defect rate attributable to Hall sensor malfunction and damage.

    본 발명은 차량용 영구자석 전기모터를 개시한다. 개시된 차량용 영구자석 전기모터는, 철심 코어에 3상의 코일이 권선되어 구성되며, 차량의 너클과 연결되는 고정자와, 하우징의 내부에 결합되는 영구자석이 고정자의 외측에 위치하도록 고정자에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 차량의 타이어 휠에 결합되는 회전자와, 회전자의 회전에 따른 영구자석의 N극과 S극의 자극 변화를 감지하도록 고정자에 복수개 구비되며, 어느 하나가 영구자석의 N극을 감지하면 다른 하나가 영구자석의 S극을 감지하는 자석감지 홀센서부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 영구자석의 자극을 감지하는 홀센서를 S극과 N극을 각각 감지하도록 고정자에 적어도 2개 이상 연속되게 배치하여 홀센서의 오작동과 파손에 의한 불량률을 현저하게 감소시킬 수 있다.
