Provided is an isolated bi-directional DC-DC converter charger for an electric vehicle, capable of receiving a home supply voltage to be converted through a power converter, and controlling charging power through a phase control scheme, thereby prohibiting a rapid dynamic characteristic and an ineffective component to increase the charging efficiency in an electric vehicle having a stack-type charger. The isolated bi-directional DC-DC converter charger for the electric vehicle includes: a power factor correction (PFC) to receive a supply alternating current (AC) power to be converted into a variable direct current (DC) voltage and control a power factor of a voltage current; an isolated-type transformer to electrically isolate a primary side from a secondary side; a first-phase full-bridge inverter interposed between the primary side of the isolated-type transformer and the PFC; a secondary-phase full-bridge inverter interposed between the second side of the isolated-type transformer and the battery; and an inductor interposed between the primary side of the isolated-type transformer and the first-phase full-bridge inverter to output, as power, stored energy.

    탑재형 충전기를 갖는 전기 자동차에서, 가정용 상용 전압을 인가받아 전력 변환기를 통해 가변하고, 위상 제어 방식을 통해 충전전력을 제어함으로써 빠른 동적 특성과 무효 성분을 억제하여 충전 효율을 증대하도록 한 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기에 관한 것으로서, 상용 교류 전원을 인가받아 가변 직류 전압으로 변환하고, 전압전류의 역률을 제어하는 PFC(Power Factor Correction), 1차측과 2차측을 전기적으로 절연하는 절연형 트랜스, 절연형 트랜스의 1차측과 상기 PFC 사이에 게재된 제1 단상 풀-브릿지(Full-Bridge) 인버터, 절연형 트랜스의 2차측과 배터리 사이에 게재된 제2 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터 및 절연형 트랜스의 1차측과 상기 제1 단상 풀-브릿지 인버터 사이에 게재되어 저장되는 에너지를 전력으로 출력하는 인덕터를 포함하여, 전기 자동차용 절연형 양방향 직류-직류 컨버터 충전기를 구현한다.
