The present invention relates a method for securing safety and resolving refusal of passengers through vehicle photographing. The method comprises: a step of photographing vehicle information by a guardian terminal or a transportation vulnerable user terminal and sending the same to a server; a step of allowing the server to send boarding information by using the received vehicle information; a step of allowing boarding confirmation information for the boarding information to be sent to the server; and a step of allowing the server, which received the boarding confirmation information, to send allocation completion information to the guardian terminal, a vehicle terminal, and the transportation vulnerable user terminal and store the corresponding allocation completion information in a storage unit. Therefore, it is possible for a transportation vulnerable user to safely use a vehicle without help, thereby securing a right to freely travel and making a guardian out of worries to release distrust for society.
본 발명은 차량 촬영에 의한 안전 및 승차거부해소 방법에 관한 것으로, 보호자단말기 또는 교통약자단말기를 이용하여 차량 정보를 촬영하여 서버로 전송하는 단계와, 서버는 수신한 차량 정보를 이용하여 탑승정보를 전송하는 단계, 상기 탑승정보에 대한 탑승확인정보를 서버로 전송하는 단계, 및 상기 탑승확인정보를 수신한 서버는 배차완료정보를 보호자단말기, 차량단말기, 그리고 교통 약자단말기에 배차완료정보를 전송하고 해당 배차완료정보를 저장부에 저장하는 단계를 포함하여 구성함으로써 사회적 이동성 약자들이 스스로 안전하게 차량를 이용할 수 있기 때문에 자유로운 이동을 보장받으며, 보호자를 걱정으로부터 해방시켜주어 사회 불신을 해소할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
