Disclosed are a land and marine frequency integrated operating device and a method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the land and marine frequency integrated operating device comprises: an AIS transception unit receiving location information of an AMRD and an integrated device based on an AIS frequency; a land frequency transception unit receiving the location information of an ATRD and the integrated device based on a land frequency; and an integrated information processing unit monitoring a marine device using the location information of the AMRD, the ATRD, and the integrated device.

    육해상 주파수 통합 운용 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 육해상 주파수 통합 운용 장치는 AIS 주파수에 기반하여 AMRD와 통합 장치의 위치 정보를 수신하는 AIS 송수신부; 육상 주파수에 기반하여 ATRD 및 상기 통합 장치의 위치 정보를 수신하는 육상 주파수 송수신부 및 상기 AMRD, 상기 ATRD 및 상기 통합 장치의 위치 정보를 이용하여 해상 장치를 모니터링하는 통합 정보 처리부를 포함한다.
