According to the present invention, provided is a ship construction method using lightweight concrete, which is easy for construction and is capable of mass production when forming a mold to be possible to lower the unit cost of production by constructing a ship by using lightweight aggregate. To this end, the present invention includes: a step of designing a hull model; a step of manufacturing a mold in accordance with the hull model design; a step of installing a wire mesh in the mold; a step of placing concrete on the mold by using lightweight aggregate; and a step of removing the mold and implementing plastering and waterproof painting to complete drying after curing the concrete.

    본 발명에 따르면, 경량골재를 이용하여 선박을 건조함으로써, 건조가 용이하고, 거푸집을 만들어 놓으면 대량 생산이 가능하여 생산 단가를 낮출 수 있는 경량콘크리트를 이용한 선박의 건조방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에서는, 선체 선형설계 단계와, 상기 선체 선형설계에 따라 거푸집을 제작하는 단계와, 상기 거푸집내에 와이어메쉬를 설치하는 단계와, 상기 거푸집에 경량골재를 사용하여 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계와, 상기 콘크리트의 양생 후, 상기 거푸집을 제거하고, 미장 및 방수도장을 실시하여 건조를 완료하는 단계를 포함하는 것이다.
