The present invention relates to an on-board charger capable of charging a battery for a vehicle by connecting an external battery to the on-board charger. The on-board charger comprises: a first circuit unit in which an input terminal is connected to an external power source, and which rectifies alternating current power to direct current power; a second circuit unit in which the input terminal is connected to an output terminal of the first circuit unit and which changes the magnitude of the direct current power output from the first circuit unit; and a bypass circuit which includes a switch, and one end of which is connected to the input terminal of the first circuit unit and the other end of which is connected to the input terminal of the second circuit unit.

    차량 탑재형 충전 장치가 제공된다. 이 차량 탑재형 충전 장치는 입력단이 외부 전력원과 연결되며, 교류 전력을 직류 전력으로 정류하기 위한 제1 회로부; 입력단이 상기 제1 회로부의 출력단과 연결되되, 상기 제1 회로부에서 출력된 직류 전력의 크기를 변화시키는 제2 회로부; 및 스위치를 포함하되, 일단이 제1 회로부의 입력단에 연결되며 타단이 제2 회로부의 입력단에 연결되는 바이패스 회로를 포함한다.
