To provide a charger of a vehicle battery which can cool a handle part of a charging cable without increasing electric power consumption.SOLUTION: A charging connector 61 is enclosed in a cylindrical form to form an annular passage 63f between an inner peripheral surface 63b and an outer peripheral surface 61b. A control part rotates a fan to introduce outer air from the other end 63g of the annular passage 63f into the annular passage 63f and thereby cool a handle part 63 of a charging cable without increasing electrical power consumption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
