High speed charging device using an AC generator is that electricity supplied by KEPCO is not directly converted into DC electricity to charge a secondary battery, but the electricity supplied by KEPCO is used only as a power source for single-phase induction motors or three-phase electric motors that rotate the AC generator. Using general electricity as the power source for a single-phase induction motor or a three-phase motor, the AC generator is rotated to convert the generated electricity into direct current through a rectifier regulator to charge the battery. Compared with a magnetic leakage transformer method, since there is no power factor phenomenon, the secondary DC of constant and high current amount can be obtained, thereby DC fast charging device suitable for high-speed charging of large capacity batteries for electric vehicles.

    교류발전기를 이용한 고속충전장치는 한전에서 공급하는 전기를 곧 바로 직류전기로 바꾸어 2차 전지를 충전하는 것이 아니라 한전전기로는 교류발전기를 회전시키는 단상유도전동기나 삼상전동기의 동력원으로만 사용한다는 것입니다. 일반전기를 단상유도전동기 또는 삼상전동기의 동력원으로 이용하여 교류발전기를 회전시켜 발전된 전기를 정류기 레귤레이터를 거쳐 직류로 변환하여 배터리를 충전하는 방법으로 자기누설변압방식에 비해 역률 현상이 전혀 없으므로 일정하고 높은 전류량의 2차 직류를 얻을 수 있으므로 전기자동차용 대용량 배터리 고속충전에 적합한 직류고속충전장치입니다.
