Disclosed are a cooling down system and a cooling down method for a liquefied gas storage tank. The cooling down system for a liquefied gas storage tank of the present invention includes: a housing body provided on an upper portion of the liquefied gas storage tank; a spray nozzle arranged in the housing body and lowered into the liquefied gas storage tank to spray liquefied gas during a cooling down operation; and a nozzle lifting unit provided on the housing body and connected to the spray nozzle to lift the spray nozzle.

    액화가스 저장탱크의 쿨 다운 시스템 및 쿨 다운 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 액화가스 저장탱크의 쿨 다운 시스템은, 액화가스 저장탱크의 상부에 마련되는 하우징 바디; 하우징 바디의 내부에 배치되며 쿨 다운 작업 시 액화가스 저장탱크의 내부로 하강되어 액화가스를 분사하는 스프레이 노즐; 및 하우징 바디에 마련되며 스프레이 노즐에 연결되어 스프레이 노즐을 승강시키는 노즐 승강부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
