Disclosed is a system for re-liquefying evaporated gas for a ship and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the system for re-liquefying evaporated gas for the ship comprises: a first compressor which compresses evaporated gas by multiple steps; a first heat exchanger which cools down the evaporated gas compressed by the first compressor by allowing the evaporated gas to exchange heat by using evaporated gas before being compressed by the first compressor as a refrigerant; a second heat exchanger which additionally cools down a fluid cooled down by the first heat exchanger; a second pressure-reducing apparatus which reduces a pressure of the fluid additionally cooled down by the second heat exchanger; a second compressor which is installed parallelly to the first compressor to compress the evaporated gas; a first pressure-reducing apparatus which reduces the pressure of the fluid, which is compressed by the second compressor to be allowed to exchange heat by the second heat exchanger; and a third compressor which compresses the fluid, whose pressure is reduced by the first pressure-reducing apparatus and which is allowed to exchange heat by the second heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger allows the evaporated gas compressed by the second compressor, the fluid, whose pressure is reduced by the first pressure-reducing apparatus, and the fluid cooled down by the first heat exchanger to exchange heat. The evaporated gas, which has been through a partial compression process by the first compressor, is transferred to the first heat exchanger and to go through a re-liquefying process. The present invention aims to provide the system for re-liquefying evaporated gas for the ship and the method thereof, which are able to minimize the number of units of equipment installed and the energy consumed for operating a system and to efficiently re-liquefy evaporated gas.

    증발가스 재액화 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 증발가스 재액화 시스템은, 증발가스를 다단계로 압축시키는 제1 압축기; 상기 제1 압축기에 의해 압축된 증발가스를, 상기 제1 압축기에 의해 압축되기 전의 증발가스를 냉매로 사용하여, 열교환시켜 냉각시키는 제1 열교환기; 상기 제1 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 유체를 추가로 냉각시키는 제2 열교환기; 상기 제2 열교환기에 의해 추가로 냉각된 유체를 감압시키는 제2 감압장치; 상기 제1 압축기와 병렬로 설치되어, 증발가스를 압축시키는 제2 압축기; 상기 제2 압축기에 의해 압축된 후 상기 제2 열교환기에서 열교환된 유체를 감압시키는 제1 감압장치; 및 상기 제1 감압장치에 의해 감압된 후 상기 제2 열교환기에서 다시 열교환된 유체를 압축시키는 제3 압축기; 상기 제2 열교환기는, 상기 제2 압축기에 의해 압축된 증발가스와, 상기 제1 감압장치에 의해 감압된 유체와, 상기 제1 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 유체를 열교환시키고, 상기 제1 압축기의 일부 압축 과정을 거친 증발가스가 상기 제1 열교환기로 보내져 재액화 과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 한다.
