The present invention relates to a turbo engine intercooling system for cooling compressed air with high temperature and high pressure discharged from a turbocharger. In the present invention, cooling of the compressed air is performed using a refrigerant of an air conditioner unit by connecting an inflator and an intercooler to the air conditioner unit installed in a vehicle. In addition, cooling efficiency is increased by alternately arranging in the vertical direction a flow path of the refrigerant in the intercooler and a flow path of the compressed air.
본 발명은 과급기에서 배출된 고온, 고압의 압축공기를 냉각하기 위한 터보엔진 인터쿨링 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 차량에 기장착되어 있는 에어컨 유닛에 팽창기와 인터쿨러를 연결하여 에어컨의 냉매를 이용하여 압축공기의 냉각을 수행한다는 점에 특징이 있다. 또한 인터쿨러 내에서 냉매가 지나는 유로와 압축공기가 지나는 유로를 수직방향을 따라 교대로 배치함으로써 냉각효율을 증대시킨다.
