The invention provides an intercooler suspension system, and relates to the technical field of intercooler suspension. The intercooler suspension system comprises a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate which are connected with a vehicle body rack, the first mounting plate is arranged on the upper rear portion of an intercooler, the second mounting plate is arranged in front of one sideof the intercooler, a rear upper supporting mechanism connected with the intercooler is fixed to the first mounting plate, a front upper supporting mechanism and a front lower supporting mechanism which are connected with the intercooler are fixed on the second mounting plate, and the rear upper supporting mechanism, the front upper supporting mechanism and the front lower supporting mechanism are made of aluminum alloys. Static stiffness is provided through three-point suspension at three constraint points, stable supporting is provided for the intercooler, the position of the intercooler ina complete vehicle coordinate system is locked, decoupling of the suspension system and modal frequency isolation are arranged according to the surrounding environment space, the resonance phenomenoncaused by vibration modals appearing on the periphery of the intercooler and the complete vehicle is avoided, and the vibration isolation, noise reduction and sound insulation properties of the intercooler suspension system are improved.

    本发明提供了一种中冷器悬挂系统,涉及中冷器悬挂技术领域。该中冷器悬挂系统包括与车身机架连接的第一安装板、第二安装板,第一安装板设于中冷器的后上方,第二安装板设于中冷器的一侧前方,所述第一安装板上固定与中冷器连接的后上支撑机构,第二安装板上固定与中冷器连接的前上支撑机构与前下支撑机构,后上支撑机构、前上支撑机构与前下支撑机构的材质为铝合金。本发明在三个约束点通过三点悬挂来提供静刚度,为中冷器提供稳定支撑,锁定中冷器在整车坐标系中的位置,根据周边环境空间布置了悬挂系统的解耦和模态的隔频,避免了中冷器周边及整车出现的振动模态造成的共振现象,提高了中冷器悬挂系统的隔振、降噪隔音性能。
