The present invention relates to a ship engine and a control method for a ship engine, including: a step of supplying scavenging air to a cylinder when an engine is operated; a step of supplying air mixed gas fuel in which gas fuel and auxiliary air are mixed to the cylinder in the middle of a piston moving from the bottom dead center to the top dead center; a step of measuring combustion pressure of the cylinder and acceleration of exhaust gas; a step of sensing a knock or pre-ignition from the measured combustion pressure or the acceleration of the exhaust gas; and a step of increasing an injection period of supplying air to the cylinder so that the amount of the air supplied to the cylinder can be increased when the knock or the pre-ignition is sensed.

    본 발명은 엔진이 작동하면 실린더에 소기공기를 공급하는 단계, 피스톤이 하사점에서 상사점으로 이동하는 중간에 가스연료와 보조공기가 혼합된 공기혼합가스연료를 상기 실린더에 공급하는 단계, 실린더의 연소압력 또는 배기가스의 가속도를 측정하는 단계, 상기 측정한 연소압력 또는 배기가스의 가속도로부터 노킹 또는 조기점화를 감지하는 단계, 및 상기 노킹 또는 조기점화가 감지되면 상기 실린더에 공급되는 공기의 양이 증가하도록 상기 실린더에 공기를 공급하는 분사기간을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 선박용 엔진 및 선박용 엔진 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
