The present invention relates to an antiroll-bar assembly for a railway vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the antiroll-bar assembly for a railway vehicle has excellent machinability and assemblability with an improved simple structure of the antiroll-bar assembly for a railway vehicle to reduce a rolling phenomenon generated while driving a railway vehicle. The antiroll-bar assembly for a railway vehicle is installed in railway vehicle body and a cart frame, and comprises: an antiroll-bar in which a lever arm unit extends at both ends to be horizontally bent and installed in the cart frame; a load set of which one end portion is vertically connected to an end portion of the lever arm unit; and a bracket fixated to the other end portion of the load set and the railway vehicle body.

    본 발명은 철도차량의 주행 중 발생되는 롤링 현상을 감소시키는 철도차량용 안티롤바의 구조를 개선하여 간단하면서도 가공성 및 조립성이 우수한 철도차량용 안티롤바 어셈블리 및 그 안티롤바의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로; 철도차량 차체와 대차프레임에 설치되는 철도차량용 안티롤바 어셈블리에 있어서, 레버암부가 양단에서 연장되어 수평하게 절곡 형성되어 상기 대차프레임에 설치되는 안티롤바와, 상기 레버암부의 단부에 일단부가 수직으로 연결되는 로드셋과, 상기 로드셋의 타단부와 상기 철도차량 차체에 고정되는 브라켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 안티롤바 어셈블리와 그 안티롤바의 제조방법을 제공한다.
