The present invention relates to a semi-active vehicle damper using MR fluids in accordance with the strength of an induction magnetic field by applying currents to the damper, wherein urethane packing is installed on the inner diameter of a cylinder to realize a cushioning function and a filtering role. More specifically, disclosed is an MR damper for a vehicle electronic control suspension, installing urethane packing on the inner diameter of a cylinder of the MR damper so as to play a cushioning function of absorbing impacts applied from a piston rod during the damping process and preventing the MR fluids from leaking to the outside of the cylinder.

    본 발명은 댐퍼에 전류를 인가하여 유도자기장의 세기에 따라 MR 유체를 활용한 차량용 반능동형 댐퍼로서, 실린더의 내경에 우레탄 패킹을 설치하여 쿠션 기능과 필터 역할을 구현할 수 있도록, 구체적으로는 MR 댐퍼의 실린더 내경에 우레탄 패킹을 설치하여 댐핑 과정에서 피스톤 로드로부터 가해지는 충격을 흡수하는 쿠션 역할을 함은 물론 MR 유체가 실린더 외부로 새어나오는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 차량의 전자제어 현가장치용 MR 댐퍼를 제시한다.
