The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter rotor wings, and particularly relates to a rotor wing magneto-rheological damper piston structure. The rotor wing magneto-rheological damperpiston structure comprises a coil (1), a blocking cover (2), a piston rod (3), a fastening screw (4), a sleeve (5), a sealing check ring (6) and a damper outer cylinder (7). The sleeve (5) is nested in the damper outer cylinder (7), the piston rod (3) is nested in the sleeve (5), and the coil (1) is wound on the piston rod (3); and the damper outer cylinder (7) can be made of a non-magnetic material. A magnetic loop, a damping gap and the coil are integrated on the piston, the damper does not need the damper outer cylinder as a functional component for winding the magnetic loop, the damping gap and the coil any more, the damper outer cylinder is made of non-magnetic light materials, magnetic loss is reduced, the structure of the damper outer cylinder is simplified, and the weight of a damper is remarkably reduced.

    本发明属于直升机旋翼技术领域,具体涉及一种旋翼磁流变阻尼器活塞结构。包括线圈(1)、档盖(2)、活塞杆(3)、紧固螺钉(4)、套筒(5)、密封挡圈(6)、阻尼器外筒(7);所述套筒(5)嵌套于所述阻尼器外筒(7)内,所述活塞杆(3)嵌套于所述套筒(5)内,所述线圈(1)缠绕在所述活塞杆(3)上;所述阻尼器外筒(7)材质可采用非导磁材料。本发明通过将磁回路、阻尼间隙以及线圈集成在活塞上,阻尼器不再需要阻尼器外筒作为磁回路、阻尼间隙以及线圈缠绕的功能构件,阻尼器外筒采用非导磁轻量化材料,降低磁损耗,并且阻尼器外筒结构得到简化,显著降低阻尼器重量。
