The present invention relates to a fork device with a stopper for an automatic warehouse crane to stop operation of a fork module when a position of a pallet for a material is incorrect or a material and the like is caught to the fork module. According to the present invention, the fork device for an automatic warehouse crane touches a switch and a sensor by a repulsive force, which is generated when a pressure or shock equal to or greater than a predetermined level is applied to a fork, and a spring to absorb the pressure or the shock, so as to stop operation of the fork. Moreover, the fork device for an automatic warehouse crane is able to be operated with only a combination of devices, and uses the switch, the senor, and the spring, thereby reducing errors and being manufactured at low costs. According to the present invention, the fork device for an automatic warehouse crane comprises an upper plate, a three-stage fork, a driving unit, a fork stopper, a guide block, a fixed guide, and a fixed block.

    본 발명은 자재의 파렛트 위치가 맞지 않거나 포크 모듈에 자재 등이 걸렸을 때 포크 모듈의 작동을 중지시키는 자동창고 크레인용 포크 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 자동창고 크레인 포크 장치는 포크에 일정 압력 이상의 압력이나 충격이 가해지면 발생되는 반발력과 이를 흡수할 수 있는 스프링을 이용하여 스위치 및 센서를 터치하도록 하여 포크의 작동을 정지시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 자동창고 크레인 포크 장치는 기구들의 조합으로만 작동가능 하므로 오류가 적고, 스위치나 센서와 스프링을 이용하므로 저렴한 비용으로 제조될 수 있다.
