The present invention relates to a pre-swirl stator. The present invention directly welds a casting tip and a stern boss casting to increase strength of a connection portion with the stern boss casting. An inner reinforced membrane is welded to an end of a boss protrusion of the stern boss casting, and a filler is filled in a hollow unit of the casting tip into which a plate is inserted. Therefore, the present invention can prevent load concentration and fatigue breakdown phenomenon and realize stable energy saving efficiency.

    본 발명은 전류고정날개에 관한 것으로, 스턴 보스 캐스팅과의 연결부분 강도증가를 위해서 블레이드(casting tip)와 스턴 보스 캐스팅을 직접 용접하고, 스턴 보스 캐스팅의 보스 돌기의 끝단에 연결부 내판(inner reinforced membrane)을 용접하며, 연결부 내판이 삽입되는 블레이드의 중공 부 안에 충진재를 충진함으로써, 하중집중 및 피로파괴 현상을 방지하고 안정적인 에너지 절감효율을 실현할 수 있다.
